1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VexoBM (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. License Usage
We provide digital licenses for automation utility software. Each license key is bound to a single device via Hardware ID (HWID) and is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited.
3. Use at Own Risk
The User acknowledges that VexoBM is a third-party automation tool. Using such software may violate the Terms of Service of specific games or platforms.
VexoBM is NOT responsible for any account suspensions, bans, or data loss. The user assumes 100% responsibility for the use of the software.
Privacy Policy
1. Data Collection
We value your privacy and collect only the minimum data required to provide our service:
- Email Address: Used for license key delivery and payment verification.
- Hardware ID (HWID): An encrypted string generated from your PC components to bind your license to your device.
2. Third-Party Processors
Payments are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy for more details on their data handling.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law or to process your transaction through Lemon Squeezy.
Refund Policy
1. Digital Content Delivery
Our products are digital license keys delivered immediately upon purchase. According to EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal (refund) expires once the digital content is delivered and the performance of the contract has begun with your prior express consent.
2. No-Refund Rule
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital keys, we do not offer refunds once a key has been generated and delivered to your email.
3. Technical Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if the software is technically non-functional on a supported system and our technical support team is unable to provide a solution within 7 business days of being notified.
